AFRO-CUBISM: A Revolution in Modern Art.

From the fragmentation of geometric forms to the overlaying of shapes, Cubism is an artistic movement born in the early 20th century and initiated by Pablo Picasso and George Braque. Cubism draws part of its identity from African masks.

AFRO-CUBISM is a representation of "AFRO-CULTURE," which is a cultural diversity that has contributed to the evolution of contemporary Afro world in music, dance, literature, painting, sculpture, architecture, technology through generations.

In the AFRO-CUBISM exhibition, John Larris KABRE has created works in a Cubist style with various forms and colors addressing different subjects such as Afro-American music, literature, architecture, and technology to allow everyone to find themselves during this exhibition.
